Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, shipping carrier, and customs procedures.

For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, or similar fees may apply.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in our free shipping offer and may be payable by the recipient, subject to applicable law.

Our obligation to deliver goods and the transfer of shipping risk are governed by applicable statutory provisions. For consumer purchases, the risk generally passes to the consumer upon receipt of the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Our liability is governed by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

9. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive them of protection provided by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence, where applicable.

10. Contract Language

The contract language for purchases through this online store is English.
