14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers who are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law may withdraw from their purchase without giving any reason.
For consumers covered by the standard EU withdrawal rules, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
If several goods are ordered together and delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins when the last item is received.
Mandatory withdrawal and cancellation rights under applicable local laws remain unaffected.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement, such as an email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the applicable withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery costs where applicable.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option are not refundable where permitted by law.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.
For sales of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You will not incur any fees from us for the reimbursement itself.

Returning the Goods
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw, where the standard statutory withdrawal rules apply.
The return deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the applicable 14-day return period expires.
Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by us.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain categories of goods where an exception is provided by applicable law.
Any exception applies only where its legal requirements are met.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at info@zolashop.de.
Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected by this withdrawal policy.
